I hate to leave a bad review but I think this can be a learning experience for Kendra. Positives: she responding to my message quickly and was able to help me out with less then a 24 hour notice. She was very friendly and did everything I wanted her to do as far as feed my puppy lunch and take her out to potty. Room for improvement: she was scheduled to be at my apartment at noon however didn’t show up till around 12:20pm. 20 min late isn’t the end of the world however the women who works in the leasing office goes to lunch at noon so it’s important that my dog walkers show up in a timely manner. Also, because she was late and had another pup to see at 1pm she only spent 10 min( out of the 30 min for a drop in visit) with my pup. I did reach out to her personal cell and shared my concerns about her tardiness and short visit and I after chatting I understand life happens . For the furniture though would say work on open and honest communication. Best regards Erica

Kendra Kosten is a kind,warm ,fun-loving young lady who loves animals and has two dogs of her own. I think that she would be an excellent dog caregiver. She is punctual and very resposible and is sure to show your pet great love and care.
