Pet care experience
Hello! Growing up in the country I was exposed to several kinds of animals and have years of experience sitting small animals such as cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, parrots, and bunnies, to farm animals (goats, donkeys, horses, and even cows). I have always enjoyed taking care of animals and like to ensure that they are getting enough attention, exercise, good nutrition, and care.
Reviews
Kendra stayed and watched my two pugs and was absolutely fantastic. On top of just taking great care of them, when one of them needed some medical attention she was highly communicative, got her to a vet, and gave her medical care and treatment she needed to heal as quickly as possible.
Kendra was great, she checked in daily and sent photos. I would definitely have her dog sit again.
Kendra did a fantastic job caring for my two cats and house! Everything went smoothly from the very start, with our first communications and then our meet and greet. My appreciation of Kendra grew with the regular updates and photos she sent while I was away, putting my mind at ease. I could tell all was well. Kendra is responsible, kind, and (I discovered) has a good sense of humor. This was the first time I've called on her, but likely won't be the last. I can't say enough good about Kendra!
This was our first time using Rover and Kendra convinced us that we will use it again. She was very good at communicating and told us about all the little things that our animals did. She was able to handle our 65lb ball of energy and took good care of our house while we were away.

Safety, trust & environment
At home, I like to spend quality time with my 14-year-old cat whenever I am able to, by playing with him, taking him outside for fresh air and exercise (he's a very skilled hunter), and then the end of the day usually consists of lots of cuddles, some treats, and grooming.
Information Kendra J. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know if your pet has any sensitivities to food/outdoor plants/etc. Also, if your pet is scared in certain areas, and has any meds it needs to take.
A typical day
A typical day would usually start with a nice, long walk outside in a safe environment. At home, I would take my dog for long walks in our backyard where we had trails that would stretch for miles to a nearby lake. My dog loved it because he could smell all of the interesting smells the forrest had to offer, and we didn't have to worry about noisy cars or crazy drivers. After a long walk, I like to make sure my dog is free of dirt/mud/ or anything that could have stuck to his coat while outside. Then we would go inside, relax for a bit, and then I would reward him with a few treats.

Availability
I am usually flexible with my schedule, but if you were to place a request I will need enough time to set up a meet and greet before watching your pet.
