Kendra was actually out of town when I approached her about watching our pups for a few hours. Instead of leaving us high and dry, she directed us to someone else that was in town and could help us out! It was such a blessing to have her as a connection, which speaks highly of her integrity as a dog sitter! I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks again, Kendra!

Kendra seems to be a very sweet girl. We wanted to go with a sitter who was active and would spoil our boys as we do. One word of advice I would give is for Kendra to work on her customer service and communication. We were promised pictures and we only received two on the first day. The other days we were out of town we had to be the ones who reached out first to check on our boys to make sure they were okay. It would have been nice to have her reach out to us and let us know they were in good hands. The key to having customers come back is to build solid relationships and provide superb customer service, especially when folks are leaving their beloved pets in the care of someone they do not know.
