Pet care experience
I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds since I was in middle school. My family owned an animal rescue that I was very involved with—daily animal care, training, walking, grooming, etc. I pursued a veterinary degree after high school but due to unforeseen circumstances I didn’t proceed past my Bachelors of Animal Science. Through this journey I’ve worked several years in various veterinary clinics so I have a basic knowledge of animal first aid. My partner, Brandon, also loves animals and is very involved with the care of our fur-babies. He loves ruff-housing with the doggos and taking them for walks!

Everything worked out great for Kendra's first stay at our home. We came home to two happy dogs.
I believe this was the first time Kendra watched a cat before. I was very pleased. She contacted me when she had questions/concerns when she felt Charlie wasn't eating the way she thought he should, which is huge! This was Charlie's first experience with dogs and he seemed to settle in well. They were calm with there 1st introduction which shows that they are well socialized. After the third day there it seemed that Charlie ruled the roost tormenting the dogs...made me chuckle 😃. I will definitely use her in the future!
Kendra is very nice and took great care of my dog Cassie. Great communication and would gladly have her watch my dog again!!
Kendra and Brandon have watched my dogs many times while I have been out of town. They’re always my first call! I trust them to keep my boys safe, happy, and healthy and I am never disappointed!

I have a fenced yard and comfortable sized home for the pets to play in. My two friendly dogs like meeting new friends and running around with them. We also live near a paved walking path for walks. If I am providing house-sitting services to you, it would be ideal for me to bring my girls along :)

To help us provide the best care, we would love to know any behavioral and medical concerns, emergency contact and/or protocol (i.e. what should we do if there’s an emergency and we cannot get ahold of you), your pet’s typical schedule, and any other info you can give us to best love on and care for your fur-kid.
A typical day
We have a large fenced area for fetch and playing with the other dogs, as well as a large open concept basement they can run around during those colder days. We live near a paved walking path for daily walks and have loads of mental stimulation games such as kongs, lick mats, and snuffle mats (with owners approval)

Availability
I currently work full time but my schedule is flexible. I am able to spend time with the dogs in the morning before heading to work, can stop home mid shift if potty breaks are needed, and spend plenty of time playing and taking walks after work!
