To ensure safety, clear communication, and the best care for your pets, I maintain the following house sitting policies. 1. Visitor Policy For my safety, I require advance notice if anyone (contractors, cleaners, friends, family, maintenance, etc.) will be entering the home during a booking. Unannounced visitors are not permitted while I am pet sitting. If access is needed, please let me know ahead of time so we can coordinate. 2. Communication Requirement Clients must be reachable during the booking for urgent or time sensitive matters. If I am unable to reach you and a safety concern arises, I will act in the best interest of the pets. An emergency contact must be provided. 3. Accurate Household Information All pets in the home must be disclosed prior to booking. Any cameras, alarms, or monitoring devices must be disclosed in advance (indoor cameras must comply with Rover policy). 4. No Surprise Services All services (medication, special care, additional pets, extended stays, extra drop ins) must be agreed upon before the booking begins. Last minute changes may require booking modification or additional fees. 5. Safe & Secure Home The home must be in safe, livable condition with working locks, utilities, and climate control. I reserve the right to end a booking if conditions are unsafe. 6. Key & Access Policy Clear entry instructions must be provided before the booking begins, preferably at the meet and greet. If access issues delay care, I am not responsible for resulting disruptions. 7. Respectful Professional Boundaries I provide pet care only. I do not accommodate unexpected household tasks, visitors, or errands outside of agreed upon services. 8. Early Returns or Schedule Changes If you return home early or plans change, please notify me as soon as possible. * For safety and professionalism, these policies are non negotiable and must be respected during all bookings. *By booking my services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
