Pet care experience
I have 2.5 years of experience supervising a dog-care facility. I have worked with over 500 dogs in a professional environment, ranging from 2-pound Yorkshire Terriers to 185-pound English Mastiffs. I have experience with grooming, walking, handling and basic-training, as well as boarding and at-home sitting. I pride myself in getting the details right the first time. I call myself an "over-communicator", as I like to make sure the client is hyper-aware of how his/her dog is doing at all times, as well as any needs he or she may have going forward. It is important to me that every dog I work with is well socialized, exercised and supervised, no matter the size or age. I have had two dogs of my own (both rescues) live to 16 and 18, and have one at home now, a 3-year-old, 60-pound Hound-mix. To me, no household is complete without a four-legged friend, and know that dogs are much more than pets, but rather family. My biggest goal is to keep everyone's tail wagging, and to get lots of doggy kisses in return!

I've known Kendall for about a year and a half, since I first brought home my dog as an 11-week-old puppy in the fall of 2015. Kendall worked at the doggy daycare near my apartment and was so, so good with my puppy when we'd just pass by and pop in to say hello. We joined a puppy playgroup that met once a week and Kendall was wonderful with all the dogs (and humans) and ended up sending our dog to daycare there regularly since then. My dog LOVES Kendall and I never felt "dog mom guilt" dropping him off at daycare when she was working because she always took such good care of him. She was also great at getting him to sit for photos! I've enjoyed getting to know Kendall over the past year and a half and can attest that she's been really wonderful with my pup.
We can't say enough about how highly we recommend Kendall as a dog caregiver. Kendall has cared for our Pup since we adopted her. Her support and advice have helped us so many times through those tough new puppy parent times. Piper, our dog, loves Kendall and is always super excited to see her. Kendall is responsible, caring, and so good with Piper. She loves her as her own, and her pride in work shows through this. Rover would be lucky to have Kendall on their team and the future dogs she cares for an inreracts with are lucky too.
Kendall has been my primary dog sitter since I adopted my rambunctious lab about a year ago. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my dog is taken care of and enjoys his time with her. She always sends us pictures of their days together and reassures us he is safe in her care. She usually stays with our dog overnight for long weekends and respects our home and the instructions we leave for her. On multiple occasions I have come home and was surprised to find my pup learned a new trick. She spends extra time engaging him and instills the structure he needs. I feel she always puts my dogs best interest first and is the best dog sitter I have ever had.
I've known and worked with Kendall for 1.5 years. She was instrumental in arranging and managing the puppy sitting for my then 8 week old puppy and then helped us transition to outdoor walks at 3 months and dog sitting/day care at 8 months. She is an organized, trust worthy and thoughtful person whose enthusiasm and professionalism shines through. She genuinely adores pets and is an excellent communicator. I cannot recommend Kendall highly enough for dog caregiving. She is an experienced dog owner and has helped us navigate the most challenging and adorable phases of our dog's early years. Anyone would be lucky to work with such a trustworthy and responsible dog caregiver.
