This app makes you select some stars. There should be a No stars selection. I am rating her ZERO stars. She signed up for a commitment that was clearly discussed and communicated not to take it unless you can fulfill every day of it. I have a handicap dog that cannot help herself out so it is a weekly commitment not to take lightly. She was all in and then never showed up. I would not have known had I not sent a message that morning. I reached out on the weekend to ensure she was going to be here. She tells me no that now she has her own commitments. She had already committed to a month and I had paid through the app already. She didn’t have any intentions of telling me she was not going to show up until I reached out to her. She says sorry for the inconvenience. I am not the one inconvenienced. My handicap dog is the one that suffers when the person who commits fails to show up. Still trying to get my keys back as well. She had disclosed that the previous couple treated her badly. Wonder if maybe was due to her unreliability. She should not be on Rover as a caretaker. People rely on responsible caregivers to show up and fulfill the service they need for the animals who rely on humans. She is not reliable so do not waste your time reaching out to her.
