What is DOG spelled backwards? I believe dogs to be special beings who bring joy, companionship, and help us to feel more alive. I've helped raise and care for animals for 30 years. I've helped train all of our family dogs starting with Sunny, our Golden. Since then I have worked for two dog care providers, including my own business. I've trained dogs for both Emotional Support and Service. My own dog Daisy is Rainbows Therapy Certified, a Canine Good Citizen, and is my personal ESA. I'm currently training her in both agility and mobile service for handicapped persons. It is my belief that animals, especially dogs, have the unique ability to help us heal emotionally and physically. As caregivers it is our responsibility to ensure not only physical health of our animal (s) and to foster their psychological well-being, as well. If you have puppies or dogs who need obidience training, I provide instruction in basic commands such as sit, stay, come, down, heel, off, wait, and "watch me" in addition to more advanced communication. Agility training and ESA/Service training is also available, however FYI you do NOT need to train your dog in order to obtain either certification- by law. However I strongly recommend it! I continue to read extensively about dogs, and work with my dog, building our relationship and expanding how we communicate. In addition to this business, I also work in schools as a social worker and am an avid singer-songwriter. Daisy and I hope to meet you (and your doggies) soon!
