We (Ken and Kendall) are an active, dog-loving couple who are always looking for our next pup-inspired adventure. We'd love to have your dog join us as we explore Virginia and D.C. dog parks, trails, and local dog-friendly establishments. Our husky mix, Russy, is relatively new to our home, adopted from a local rescue. She is still learning about her new life so we don't like to leave her by herself just yet. Because of that, we both work from home a few days a week and use Rover for the other days when we both need to be in the office. Russy has been doing great with other dogs and we'd like to continue to socialize her AND offset her Rover stays outside our home. Our schedules can be relatively flexible but change week-to-week. Kendall grew up with dogs - Keva the cocker spaniel; Jassie the collie; and Ginger the shepherd mutt - so has had experience with a variety of energy levels and breeds. Ken's first word was his family's dog's name, "Gonzo". It's seriously uncanny how much dogs love Ken. Your pup will get lots of love and as much (or little) activity as you want!
