I have grown up with all kinds of animals: dogs, cats, horses, fish, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs - honestly, you name the animal and I have more than likely had it at one point in my life. I've been pet sitting through Rover for around 4 years and have loved every second of it! It has been amazing developing countless relationships with so many families and their fur children. This includes dogs of all ages, from rambunctious pups to lovably grumpy senior dogs! In the past, I enjoyed helping care for my family's dogs, Otto, a lovable German Shepard, and Nubbins, a feisty dachshund. I would also look after friends' dogs - walking them/feeding them/etc. My skills include long-distance stick/ball throwing, medication administration, professional belly rubs, long walks at the dog park, as well as providing plenty of love and attention.

Kelsie was polite, professional and really made me feel comfortable to have her stay at my place with my two dogs. She took lots of photos, day and night, and always gave little updates.
Kelsie was the most wonderful sitter. She took such amazing care of our 11 month puppy. She sent us multiple updates and pictures daily, which really helped ease our minds knowing our pup was in such good care. We also came home to a house cleaner than we left it and a very happy and healthy puppy. Would highly recommend and will be using her in the future.
Kelsie is an amazing pet sitter! She will be my go-to sitter when she’s available. She kept our dog (6 mo old puppy) while we went out of town for several days and has since kept her for shorter time frames. She was very communicative the entire time to know when to arrive and confirming detailed pet care instructions. Kelsie sent lots of updates and photos while we were away. She took great care of the house during over night stays. Our dog’s love for Kelsie is evident in how she greets her. I highly recommend Kelsie to keep your pet.
Thanks to Kelsie, I can finally go away for the weekend and not worry about my dog Marley. I have never boarded my dog before and now that she’s 12, I wouldn’t even consider it. My dog is spoiled, and it’s only gotten worse since I haven’t travel much for the past couple of years being due to covid & such. I was referred to Kelsie’s by a friend who highly recommended her. It was perfect timing she had just moved to Tampa and I had a work trip and needed her to stay in my house for 5 days. She came over in advanced to meet my dog. It was obvious from the start that she loved pets and had an instant connection. I explained how my dog loves attention and doesn’t like to be alone for a long period of time. First of all, I want to spend time with your pet(s)! I prefer not to leave them alone for an extended period of time, no more than 3-4 hours, so rest assured - they will receive lots of attention! While caring for your pet(s) in your home, I will keep a close eye on them so no mischief ensues! I will closely follow whatever guidelines/safety precautions you set forth and typically adhere to. Please let me know if you crate your pet when you leave or if they're free to roam while you're away.

The most important thing I'd like to know is if your pet is house trained and how well. Also, please let me know if they're prone to accidents, and how often they typically go out to use the bathroom. If I am staying at your home for a few days in a row, and you prefer me not to leave your pets AT ALL (to go run errands, get food, etc - I don't leave pets alone longer than 3-4 hours) please *explicitly* tell me that. I am happy to accommodate your request and want to spend time with your pet so inform me that way there is no confusion. Dog parks? Yay or nay? How well does your dog do on a leash and how many walks do you usually take them on per day? Also, how long of a walk? (I am comfortable with any amount, help me get my steps in!)
