Hello! My name is Kelsie, and I am excited to take care of our doggie and kitty friends. For most of my life I have been taking care of pets; I have years of house sitting experience for dog and cat owners alike. I am confident I will provide the care and attention your pets require. My services include dog walking, house-sitting, drop-in visits, and doggy day care. -House-Sitting- My house-sitting services include home care (watering plants, small errands, etc.) in while caring for your animals. In addition, my services include pet transportation to vet appointments, grooming, or whatever your needs may be. My schedule is flexible - I can do early morning and late night visits, or can stay overnight in your home if you'd prefer. I cannot be in the home full-time during weekdays, as I am a student. I am willing to take care of dogs, cats, and other small animals. I have limited experience with horses, but am willing to learn. Most importantly, I keep your animals on their usual schedules in their own homes, and give them LOTS of love an attention! -Dog Walking- I usually take dogs on 30-45 minute walks. I am aware of the signs of heat-related illness in dogs, and take care to provide water on hot days. I willing to walk small and large dogs alike. For multiple large dogs (50lbs+), I prefer to take them one at a time for safety reasons - for multiple large dogs, I can book a few dog walks concurrently for a reduced rate ($20 for the first dog, $7 for each additional dog). Dog walks can be booked concurrently with a drop-in visit for an extra 30 minutes of play time! -Drop-In Visits- My drop-in services can be booked concurrently with walking services. Drop-in services include feeding, playing, bathroom-breaks, medication administration, and similar services for 30 minutes. I am willing to take care of cats, dogs, and other small animals. Drop-in visits can be booked concurrently with a dog walk for some personal attention time + a 30 minute walk! -Doggy Day Care- So I can be home with your pup during the day, I only accept doggy day care bookings for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays (dogs only). On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I must be on the Virginia Tech campus from 8am-10:45am. Food and leashes/harnesses/collars must be provided by the owner. During your pets stay, I will keep your dog on their usual schedule for feeding, exercise, and bathroom breaks, medications, and most importantly, give your pets lots of attention and love!
