Kelsie was wonderful! I have a three year old Rottie, Bumi, and it was my first time having him board in someone else's home so I was very nervous. However, Kelsie was very attentive to my needs and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable leaving him in her care. She did this by answering any questions I had, as well as checking in with me through texts about how Bumi was adjusting and doing. I requested she send pictures and she happily obliged, and she was very flexible in our drop-off & pick-up times. When we returned and picked Bumi up, he was a very happy boy and I could tell he had a great time and was well cared for. I'm happy to have found Kelsie and will be booking with her again!
