Pet care experience
I've been caring for animals from a very young age! I've raised puppies and kittens of my own so I know first hand the resilience needed to keep them happy and healthy! I have experience with pups of all sizes, from German Shepherds and Dobermans to Pit Bulls and Chihuahuas! Whether they are being potty trained, need medications administered, need diaper changes, or more specific requirements, I am well-versed and ready to help! Your fur baby will be loved and cared for as if they are my own :)

Kelsey is a wonderful companion to our furry friends. We have 5 cats and she gets along with all of them tremendously. She is greeted by them one at a time when she comes over. It didn't take long for her to warm up to them! My favorite thing is when she picks up the littlest one to give him cuddles. Play time is always game in our house, whether it be with boxes, shoe strings, or a laser pointer, one of the kitties is happy to partake. Kelsey has the type of energy you want around your pets because of her calm demeanor and kind soul.

Safety is my top priority when caring for pets. I have a great understanding of pet body language and am able to easily anticipate their needs. I have experience with dogs who need crate training, cannot be out of eyesight due to fence jumping, escape artists, or anxious babies that need constant reassurance. I will provide the level of care that your pets receive when you are with them! I welcome specific or in-depth instructions as I know they all have their own personalities and quirks.

I welcome in-depth instructions for animals who needs very specific care. I want to ensure they get the same level of care as they do when you're home!
A typical day
I will make sure they get not only physical activity but mental stimulation too as this is very important. I am able to accommodate the needs of each animal whether it be low impact activity such as "smell walks" or higher impact activities such as longer walks or even runs as I am a runner myself. There are multiple games I've played with pups that get them thinking, such as safely hiding treats around the home, working on simple or difficult commands, or using interactive toys!

I'm currently in-between jobs, by choice, so I have extremely flexible and accessible availability! I'm open to last minute requests as well! I'm looking to fill my time caring for fur babies of all kinds.
