Pet care experience
Long time pet sitter, new homeowner with a large fenced in yard with lots of shade. My husband, Bob, works from home and I have a flexible work schedule. I go into the office but can come home for lunch or to work a few hours at home. There’s a lot of love and attention! There is someone coming in and out the house every few hours. We have a chi mix who loves to play with other dogs so your dog must get along with a small dog . I understand plans come up last minute but no last minute or day of requests unless you are a repeat client. We are LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈

We had another great boarding experience with Kelsey! My pup started staying with them over a year ago when we need boarding and they are the only ones we trust with her! She has so much fun with their dog and they put so much love and energy into caring for the doggies! Thanks again!

Moose had a wonderful time with Kelsey, Bob, and Monty. They took great care of him and sent me photo and text updates throughout the stay. Thank you for allowing me to really relax while I was away knowing Moose was happy.
This was our first time using Rover and Kelsey was wonderful! We have a bit of a high maintenance little puppy, and Kelsey was so attentive to her ever need and all my requests! She came back so soft so I know she brushed her. She communicated great and sent pictures and videos. Our puppy Nutmeg had the best time playing with her dog and two other dogs that were boarded. I bet she got a lot more playtime than she does at home! I’m a pretty diligent dog owner and do positive reinforcement training with our pup and I could tell that Kelsey and I were on the same page. I trusted that she worked to make sure all the interactions were positive and Nutmeg had a good experience. Before we left town our pup had an upset stomach and I was not able to get her to eat for two days… but at the sitters she was able to eat and drink the first day there and I felt so reassured! Thanks so much and we will definitely use Kelsey again.

We have a crate for Monty if necessary and will crate your pup if needed. Otherwise, if the dog does not have any destructive behaviors when left alone, I am happy to let the dogs roam around.

We love all dogs and want your baby to be as comfortable, safe, and happy as possible. We always take the dogs energy levels and needs into consideration. Some things we would like to know before booking: - Allergies - Medications - Toy or bone possessive - Behaviors/Anxieties that we need to be aware of. These are never deal breakers and help us make sure your dog is well taken care of. I would love to schedule a meet and greet before our first stay.
A typical day
We believe in both physical exercise with walks and mental enrichment through hide and seek toys/dental chews/etc or spending a few minutes practicing tricks and giving treats (but not too many!) Let us know if we can accommodate to your pet’s preferences.

Availability
There is a morning walk, afternoon potty break, longer evening walk, and then a before bed potty. Our pup loves to play fetch so there is plenty of backyard time.
