Saying that I adore animals would be a gross understatement. As a child, my world was adorned with cat-themed wallpaper, cat pencils, and cat T-shirts. Growing up on a farm, my duties began as early as kindergarten, taking care of our family labrador and the barn cats. My family dubbed me the "cat whisperer" and animals have been apart of my life consistently since birth. While I have a special place in my heart for cats, it's important to mention that my affection for cats doesn't diminish my deep love and appreciation for dogs as well. I have spent time volunteering at the local animal shelter, and more recently, I've been actively involved in fostering cats through the Charlotte Humane Society. During my fostering journey, I became skilled in administering various types of medications to sick pets. I also have experience with cone collars and stitches, as my own cat battled cancer and surgeries earlier this year.
