Kelsey is a conscientious and dependable pet sitter. I highly recommend her. Kelsey has cared for my small menagerie of pets (3 dogs and 2 cats) on numerous occasions. I can go on vacation and know that my fur babies will be pampered and well cared for. When I am gone for long periods of time, I trust her to stay at my house and she provides periodic updates via text, e-mail or phone calls ...
Kelsey is a phenomenal caretaker for ALL animals!!! She has a real way with animals and an empathy that helps her to be in tune with each animals' individual needs. I'm so confidant in her abilities that I've entrusted the care of my 31 year old horse to her for the past several years. I have no doubt that her attention to detail and committed level of care are what has kept him so healthy ...

Hello! My name is Kelsey and I want to help you keep your pet happy and healthy! Professionally, I work with horses and at-risk youth; personally, I have owned and loved a variety of creatures: dogs, cats and horses are my core, but I've also had birds, rabbits, hamsters, snakes and fish. I have always loved animals- I got my first dog when I was 4 years old (I'm now in my 30's) and haven ...
What Kelsey would like to know about your dog
I will be as involved or distant from your dog's training and behavior modification as you would like me to be. My personal philosophy is that every moment is, and can be, a teaching moment when presented with pleasing or unpleasing behavior. For example, jumping on guests, pulling on the leash and "bum-rushing" the door is not typically behavior I allow to happen regularly or 'encourage' through lack of correction. While I am not a certified trainer or strictly follow a Positive Reinforcement (+R) approach, I prefer to use force free or light touch methods of behavior modification. Again, this is your animal and I am here to care for them in whatever way will be most beneficial to your relationship in the long-term!
