Pet care experience
I have always grown up around animals and spending time with them is truly my happy place. A few years ago my husband and I adopted 2 cats (Penny & Lilo) and later adopted a puppy (Zoey) - they are my whole world. I also love watching dogs through Rover and regularly volunteer at a local animal shelter where I received dog behavior training. We adopted our dog when she was 2 months old and she is now 2 so I am very familar with all of the challenges and training that comes with the puppy and teenage stages!

Our dog has separation anxiety but absolutely LOVES going to Kelsey’s for daycare. Kelsey takes such great care of our pup and shares the cutest photo updates. We are so glad to have finally found a daycare situation that Jojo feels comfortable in and gets a good day long play session!
Our dog, Jojo, has been diagnosed with separation anxiety and Kelsey is the only person she will willingly walk away from us with! We feel so reassured knowing Jojo has the best time with Kelsey and her sweet dog Zoey ❤️

I live in a spacious townhouse with plenty of space for dog playtime, lots of comfortable couches and chairs for your dog to nap or relax on. Our dog gets into everything so the space is also very puppy proof! Our 2 cats will be home but will hang out in a separate room while your dog is here.

A typical day
I love to give dogs a mix of physical and mental enrichment. I will take your dog for sniffy walks around the neighborhood and have experience leash training. I also have a TON of ropes, balls, and stuffed dog toys as well as fun puzzles for youe dog to do. This include a snuffle mat, food puzzle, kong wobbler, and scent work games.

Availability
I work from home most weekdays and your dog would be supervised at all times! I typically take my dog for short walks in the morning, lunchtime, and evening. I am happy to take your dog for a walk at the same time or separate.
