Kelsey took great care of Betty while I was at work. She sent plenty of photos and I knew that Betty was having a good time with her! She was good with communication and the daycare experience was flawless!

This person and her companion are not fit to watch anyone’s dog. They are unresponsive and irresponsible. I don’t think they give the dogs they watch any walks. I have been trying to reach out for over 14 hours and I had to talk to management of the building and they knew exactly who I was trying to find and told me that these people are the worst to leave any pet with. I pretty much chased them down to their apartment to get my dog back after 20+ missed calls and a lot of not corresponded text messages. She shouldn’t be allowed on rover. All this profile “love for dogs, wanna be a vet” probably all lies. I know someone said they got a new bandana in the reviews. We’ll, guess what. Probably my dog’s bandana as he came back without his. Don’t trust this sitter. Her and her boyfriend are the absolute worse and looked high when i picked up my dog. Their apartment smelled like smoke and it was a huge mess.
