"Do you baby sit human children, too?" -Things my clients say at free meet and greets. I've care for a variety of animals - from chickens to bulls! I've been an average pet owner and sitter (dogs, cats, hamsters and fish) for most of my life and am an active volunteer with animal rescues! I'm currently volunteering at CatNap in La Grange Park and previously spent 1 year at Erin's Farm Sanctuary in Hobart, IN and 3 years at PAWs Chicago. *Reference from my volunteer coordinators available upon request* My time at the sanctuary gives me a unique perspective and courage to work with any animal! No matter your pets behavior, I can adjust my approach to their needs. I have the patience to sit with a shy pet until they are comfortable and the energy to run around the block with an excitable pup! I even love a cranky kitty and have experience providing oral medication to VERY hissy cats. My hands are typically covered in scratches from socializing the most fiesty shelter cats. 😹

Kelsey took great care of our 2 cats when we were in spring break! She was super reliable and played with them a lot. We loved the updates after her visits and when we got home everything was very clean and the cats were mellow. She was very careful not to let our escape artist out and it gave us peace of mind that she really understands and loves our cats. Thank you Kelsey!
Kelsey is amazing! We had her drop in on our cat Delilah twice a day for a week. Although Delilah is wary of strangers, Kelsey made a concerted effort to get her to warm up by sitting and talking to her and bringing over her favorite toys. She was on time for each visit and sent us detailed updates with great pictures. Receiving her messages gave us peace of mind that Delilah was well taken care of. Kelsey is super friendly and a seasoned and dedicated pet sitter. We will definitely use her again.
An amazing experience having Kelsey to take care of our fur babies while we were gone. We will always use her and recommend her for any and all pet needs !
Kelsey was absolutely wonderful looking after our girls! I actually preferred her over family or friends bc of how many photos I got. I hate leaving my babies but 20+ photos everyday makes everything better when you’re missing them.

A typical day
I love to learn your dog's favorite walk route! Unless you specify a route, I let the dog, or more accurately their nose, take the lead. If I'm dropping in, I'll check for any toys to play with and provide the best scritches! If they want to be outside, I'll give them as much time as they'd like.
