I'm Kelsey – I am a fun, dog loving lady with 20 years of experience caring for all sorts of breeds! I offer long walks, tons of playtime and cuddles for your dogs and plenty of updates with pictures of the fun we are having! You can count on me to take care of your dog as my own! I am extremely easygoing, dependable and will make your dog feel at home. I took a break from Rover for the last few years but am excited to start hosting again! I am located on a quiet street and dog friendly street in South Minneapolis. I live in a large dog-friendly apartment with a fenced in yard. I live very close to Lake Nokomis where I like to take long walks with doggy guests. I spend a ton of time with every dog guest. I have one dog named Bowser. He turns five in May! He loves playing with other dogs. He is very submissive and gets along with every furry friend he meets. Bowser and I love having furry guests to play with. I have plenty of room for your pup’s favorite bed, toys, etc. *Please note-my Rover rates are flexible depending on how many pets and days you would like me to pet sit, to help work with your budget :) *I have my own vehicle. I offer pick up and drop off services as well. *I have experience with meds and insulin shots.

Kelsey was fantastic. This was the first time my whole family was separated from our dog Cappy and I had concerns about his anxiety during our long vacation. It was clear from the many pictures and updates that he adjusted quickly and felt right at home. Kelsey is very compassionate and was accommodating to all of Cappy’s needs. Cappy also became good buddies with her dog Bowser and I know he’s going to miss him. Would not hesitate to rebook with Kelsey.
Couldn’t feel more at ease with Kelsey. She was nothing short of amazing. Allowed for some much needed R&R for me while my pups couldn’t have been in better hands. They loved hanging out with her sweet pup Bowzer. I know I can rely on and absolutely trust Kelsie, which is a huge relief for future travel plans.
Thanks for taking excellent care of my dog. Went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I do not have a breed preference. But I would like to know about any dietary restrictions, food allergies, any aggressive tendencies. I would like to know about their daily routines, so that I can make sure there is a smooth transition and that their stay with us is as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks All around! I like to walk the lakes or hit up the dog parks. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog can sleep with me or in their bed or kennel. It is up to you. My dog Bowser sometimes sleep with me in my queen size bed or in his own bed near by. Time I'll spend with your dog As much time as possible!! Walks in the middle of the day and long walks or dog park at night! Even while I'm at work I have a camera so I can check in on the pups.
