Pet care experience
As a dog owner and animal fanatic, I know how you want me to care for your pet-the same way you do! Let me show you how I follow instructions to the letter, and prioritize safety and your fur baby's comfort. Do you have an active dog? I enjoy running 2 miles every evening and would love to take them along. My home is calm and quiet. My 10 year old assistant is gentle with animals (a bit of a dog whisperer to be honest) and she is the only child in the home. We love providing dogs with enrichment and mental stimulation to keep them occupied and happy. I also have experience working as a canine care associate for a large animal shelter where I learned much of what I know about dog care.

Kelsey has always had a very special connection with animals. She has a way of calming animals when they are stressed and letting them know that she loves them. She is also very level headed in dangerous situations with animals, when I hit my dog with my car she kept me calm and aware when I had to drive an hour to the veterinarian. She also has a great way of getting stray, or scared animals to come to her. Once when we were jogging she was able to call a scared kitten to her out of the road. She is over all an amazing, honest and caring animal lover.

I have a securely fenced back yard and my house boarders acres of open fields and trails perfect for walks and sniffs. I am experienced with crating and have one in my home. We have a sweet, calm 9 year old dog to keep yours company. We have 2 extra rooms in the home in case seperation is ever required. My neighborhood is very quiet.

A typical day
I'd love to practice your dogs tricks several times a day, use snuffle mats, stuffed kongs, as well as hide treats for them to sniff out and find. We have acres of open fields bordering our subdivision for walks. I often go running in my neighborhood and am happy to bring your pup along if they're up for it.

Availability
I currently work from home. Daily I take my daughter to school and pick her up afterward. Weekly we have a couple of appointments out and about.
