I’ve always had wonderful experiences with the sitters on Rover but Kelsey was absolutely horrible. I went out of town and hired Kelsey to walk my dog two times while I was gone. She claimed she came by but that it was not during the times I had asked. After reviewing my walk request, I realized I had used my old address from a city that is 3 hours away from my current address. Kelsey never even came to my house to take care of my dog. She lied to me, willingly and knowingly neglected an animal and accepted payment for a job she did not complete. Rover has investigated the issue and has issued me a refund but my trust has been broken. I do not recommend hiring Kelsey and be sure to triple check your sitters.

We were very pleased with Kelsey's excellent care of our four cats. We look forward to having Kelsey back the next time we are away.
