Pet care experience
In addition to personal experience of having dogs and other pets (horses and cats growing up), I have worked with animals professionally for over five years. While working at a country club I began to house and petsit for club members. Five years of this led to repeat clients treating me like a pet godmother. I’ve had incredible experiences and take training and consistency with pet owners’ style very seriously. The playful and athletic side of me also loves working with dogs. I adore animals and will keep yours in good hands while you need a sitter.

I have a very stubborn, sweet, takes time to get to know you, 100lb Rhodesian Ridgeback named Theia. She bonds best with males but took to Kelsey immediately, something that rarely happens! Kelsey is reliable, super sweet, incredibly patient, and great with animals. So much so that T and I are honored to have her as T’s godmother :) Kelsey has been my go-to when I need someone I can trust to watch over and love on my big baby!

I like to have an idea of any routine you and your pet or household have, as well as temperamental tendencies or handicaps. Please let me know if they do or do not usually get along with other dogs, if they really enjoy one game or another, or whether they need more or less exercise on a daily basis. I’m sure your pet and I will become great friends!
A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs mentally by practicing tricks and commands you have initiated, exercising them physically with hikes or walks, and playing games or cuddling. I visit a number of dog parks, but also know the right places to go and the words to use with other pet owners when a dog needs more space and less interaction.

Availability
I am a self employed yoga instructor and massage therapist, so my shifts are short and sweet. Walking is one of my favorite activities and I’ll be happy to have your dog as my companion.
