Since I was in middle school I've been watching and caring for family and friends' pets. I remember setting up agility courses in the front yard for my family dog and the neighbor's dogs to jump hurdles and weave through poles! I am currently the proud fur-mama to 3 cats and 1 high-energy, incredibly intelligent 1 yr 4 mo. old Belgian Malinois pup. This breed is VERY high maintenance (they are used in police and military work often!), and since owning Kora I have found a new appreciation and passion for training. I love to study dogs' body language, see what motivates them and how they respond to different triggers and rewards, and ultimately have fun while also teaching them what's appropriate or not in positive ways.
