Growing up as an only child here in South Florida, I begged my parents for a dog, and at the age of 7, we adopted my first furry sibling, a retired racing greyhound whom I named Cheetah. It was from then on, that I realized I needed to spend the majority of my time among the company of animals. I have had many dogs of my own ever since he first came into my life, including my current, Maple, my sweet White Shepherd/Lab girl. I have also been lucky to have had cats all of my life too; my boyfriend and I currently have 3, and they are my babies. I have over 7 years of pet sitting/walking/overnight caretaking experience with both dogs and cats. I have plenty of experience with live-in pet sitting (including one of my prior regular families who had 6 dogs, all rescue breeds of different sizes, temperaments and medical/health requirements) and cared for many rescue cats as well. I have had many great and long lasting relationships with families that developed through my pet-sitting services. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, great or small, and I find myself at ease and happiest when I am spending time among them. I am compassionate, empathetic and gentle. I have been told by many pet parents that I possess a natural connection to their animals. I’d love to spend time and build a connection with you and your pets and love them as if they were my own.
