Pet care experience
I've grown up with cats & dogs my whole life. My family had a sharpei for 18 years & we’ve had 3 Brussels Griffons for about 13 years now. I would love a pet of my own, but it's just not realistic for me at the moment, so Rover is the perfect way for me to get to hang out with animals while making some extra income. I know it can be scary to leave your pet with a stranger & it makes me so happy to see owners feel so comfortable to leave their little ones with me & trust that they’re in good hands! I work from home, so I'm able to stay home & hangout with the pets I’m sitting all day. From young puppies to elderly cats & dogs who need some special love & care, I'm excited to meet & care for your pet! Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions!

Kelsey is great! So accommodating when we needed to drop our dog off early. We have used Kelsey before and will continue to. Highly recommend!
Kelsey was very patient with my anxious pup. She sends updates as needed and was great to communicate with. I would definitely leave Bennie with her again.
Kelsey was great with my pup! Hazel can be quite anxious around new people, but she seemed to settle right in with Kelsey. I got daily updates and felt at ease throughout my entire trip knowing Hazel was in good hands. We’ll definitely be using Kelsey again!

I’m very attentive and nurturing (it just comes natural 🙂). I love having animals around the house & all of the pets I’ve cared for so far have been well behaved, very loving & sweet. I’ve had no issues so far figuring out a pet’s needs (i.e. if they need to go to the bathroom, if they’re hungry, if they want to be picked up, etc.). Some pets have been a little anxious when they’re owners leave & I think I provide a nice, calm & soothing environment for them that helps calm them down, get comfortable & feel safe.

Information Kelsey M. would like to know about your pet
I prefer smaller dogs, but am willing to sit any size and breed! I'd like to know if they need any special care (medication, exercise, etc.), I'd like to know if they're a barker (I don't mind, but my neighbors do), I'd like to know how often/how much they usually eat and any other information you think is necessary for me to know.
A typical day
There are a couple of parks within a few blocks from my apartment, I'd be happy to take your little fuzzball to the park and let them run around/play fetch/etc. :)

Availability
I currently work for myself full-time from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to give to your pet :) I wake up early (around 5:30-6am) and go to sleep around 9/10pm most days.
