Kelsey is awesome! Through the entire process from setting up our ‘meet and greet’ to dropping off and picking up Kelsey has been quick to respond to all communications. She is very easy-going, kind, and calm (which brought me a lot of comfort in leaving my Jake with her). Jake appeared very happy during his stay (and Kelsey texted me pics throughout). Kelsey was very flexible regarding my requested times for drop off and pick-up (and each time was prepared for us with her full attention). Her house and yard are spacious and immaculately kept - - I felt like Jake was enjoying a ‘resort’ vacation while I was out enjoying mine! I look forward to having Kelsey care for Jake on future occasions (and know he’ll enjoy excellent accommodations paired with lots of love and fun).

Before the visit, Kelsey offered a meet and greet if we wanted and was available for any questions. During drop off, she made sure to understand Maggie's needs and sent great pictures during her stay. I look forward to using Kelsey again and think Maggie is ready for another stay.
