Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Kelsey. All of my life I have felt at home with animals (of ALL kinds). My dream is to one day run my own dog rescue. Until then, I've chose to submerge myself in doing what I love most. And that's being with animals. I have 4 cats and 3 dogs (along with my husband and son) at my home. They are so very spoiled and loved. I would absolutely love to be your pet sitter and more importantly...your pets friend when missing their human. I have several years of dog training experience, although I am NOT certified yet. (Worked with dogs at a boarding and training facility and also in a few dog boarding and daycare facilities.), so I have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to helping with training and dogs with small temperament issues. I also have experience with senior dogs. I also have experience with reptiles, fish, rodents, AND farm animals. So please don't hesitate to ask about that! (Also, PLANTS!) I will stay overnight, as needed, as long as I'm available and my families schedules allow it.

I care for all of my clients pets as if they were my own. Plenty of attention, love, affection, and respect. Many people forget that pets need respect like the rest of us, and I always make it a point to respect my clients pets boundaries and certain routines that they are use to.
Information Kelsey L. would like to know about your pet
Aggression issues. Triggers. (Some dogs have anxiety and don't like loud noises or sudden movements) Food aggression. Etc. I have no issue with any of it, as long as I'm warned beforehand.
A typical day
I LOVE to play with dogs. Tossing the ball, tug of war, tag, etc. I enjoy going on walks and to the beach for some sandy play. If your pup is social, a trip to the park or out in town is always a great way to get some socializing done, as well!

Availability
I am currently in school for my Bachelor's degree and my son is in 3rd grade. I have plenty of time when I am not studying. My schooling is mainly online so I'm flexible when it comes to when and where I study and do my school work, so I can always bring it with me if needed. My son has football practice and games throughout the week, but I can always schedule accordingly to make sure it works and his father is home from work. I will always try to make it work and be accommodating.
