Pet care experience
I grew up surrounded by animals and started caring for pets at a very young age. I helped care for my family’s pets and neighbors pets as a child. As an adult, I care for my dog and cats, as well as friends animals whenever it’s needed. I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages and personalities. I get a lot of enjoyment from spending time with animals of all kinds. My pets are part of my family. It’s important to me that they are cared for with love and kindness. You can depend on me to treat your animals the same way.
Reviews
This is the first time we used Kelsey as a pet sitter, and she excelled in every way. From the multiple photos of my two cats she provided I could tell that boxes were cleaned, water bowls filled and they content with her as their sitter. Kelsey also saved the day for my indoor garden and was able to add water when the plants needed it. Kelsey will definitely be on our list as a cat sitter in the future. We are so lucky to have found her.
This is the second time Kelsey has house sat for us and the longest. We received photos and check ins during her stay. We know our dogs are in great hands when Kelsey watches them, as well as our house. We’ll continue to use Kelsey for any dog sitting needs!
Kelsey and Justin are amazing, best-ever dogsitters! They are gentle and smart, with lots of animal experience and it shows. While we were away they were kind, thoughtful, and attentive to all things for our much-loved older dog who does need a bit of extra care. Kelsey kept in touch and sent photos and updates on how things were going. We are grateful to have them and our dog was right at home with them both. And our house was warm, the lights were on and everything was immaculate when we returned home. Looking forward to seeing them again soon!

I take the responsibility of caring for pets very seriously and will constantly work to foster a trusting relationship between myself and pets and their owners. When caring for pets in clients’ homes, I am very careful to respect the space. Making sure pets are secure and comfortable will be my number one concern. I’m happy to carry out any care instructions, whether that’s crating, training, exercise, elderly pet care, puppy/kitten care, bathing, medication administration, etc. And I am happy to send updates and check-in messages to clients however often they’d like for piece of mind.

Let me know details about your pet’s personality, daily routines, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, any medical issues, and special needs. It’s also helpful to know how your pet interacts with different humans and other animals. If I’ll be taking your dog for walks, it’s important to know if they can be reactive in certain situations (on-leash, off-leash, etc.).
A typical day
I’m happy to provide any activities your pet is used to. I love taking dogs out for hikes on the trails around town or just short walks around the neighborhood. I’m also always up for quick games of fetch and tug-of-war. For dogs that need a little extra mental stimulation, I like to play treat-finding games. For more senior and low energy dogs, I’m totally content hanging out on the couch with them. If your cat likes company, I’m more than happy to spend time with it, playing, petting, or just hanging out nearby. I have cats of my own and understand the importance of a clean litter box, availability of water, a regular feeding schedule, and playtime.

Availability
I am currently self-employed and working from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to spend as much time with your pets, as needed. I am available to stop in to check on animals when you’re at work or away. I am an avid hiker and would love to take you dog along any day of the week. Or if your dog prefers short walks around the neighborhood, I am more than happy to do that too. I am also available to house sit for any length of time. I have plenty of time to spend with your pets in any situation. If you have any questions about me and/or the pet care I can provide, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
