Kelsey was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations!!! Her attention to detail and impeccable initiative was absolutely outstanding! Kelsey came to do a meet and greet with us free of charge, to see if her and our fur baby Kylo would be a good fit. Kylo absolutely loved her and we decided to go ahead with some services. Kelsey came to do some walks with Kylo so that they could get to know each other prior to us leaving on vacation. While on walks Kelsey went above and beyond and practiced all of Kylo’s obedience training with him (he is a puppy so he is still learning). Kelsey took initiative and provided treats during the walks to encourage obedience and practice all Kylo’s Newley learned skills during the walks. We then had Kelsey come for an overnight stay with Kylo and it was nothing short of outstanding! She completely made us feel at ease with providing us with constant updates and photos. We then had Kelsey stay with Kylo for a week while we were away on vacation and she went above and beyond each and every day, providing us with constant updates, photos and even administered medication while we were away when Kylo got an unexpected eye infection from his daycare. Kelsey went out of her way to provide Kylo with some Halloween swag and toys prior to our week vacation and she completely put our minds at ease while on vacation knowing that he was being so well taken care of. Kelsey took the initiative to take Kylo on play dates at the park and made sure that he was constantly entertained the entire time (puppy energy lol). Kelsey provided Kylo with transportation to and from his daycare at our request and was very punctual and attentive. We even came home to a fully cleaned spotless house which after a week away was so thoughtful and totally unexpected! Kylo gets SO excited now when he sees Kelsey or if we mention her name!! I would HIGHLY recommend Kelsey for any services that she provides, you WILL not be disappointed!!! We can’t thank her enough for the outstanding service she provided to us and our fur baby!!!! A++++++++ service !!! HIGHLY recommend! We will FOR SURE be using Kelsey in the future without hesitation!

Kelsey was great. Our cats loved her and she did all we asked. Booked her to drop in and clean and feed our two cats, and play with them too! We even trusted her with our house key which was safely returned!
