I hired Kelsey to to care of my cat during a 3 week out of country vacation. I left her an exact number of wet food cans to feed my cat. She also was change the litter box each visit and water my cat each visit. When I returned, I found she had only fed the cat two of the wet food cans I left, and did not feed her the other four cans as was agreed upon. Upon my return today my cat was literally starving. When I fed her today, I have never seen her so hungry, in all of my life. When I returned, the litter box was filthy and full of cat feces and urine. There was absolutely no dry food in the cat’s bowl, the water had not been changed, and the cat had drunk out of the toilet bowl to the point that there was almost no water left in the toilet bowl. I have indoor cameras, and could tell that Kelsey did not even come into the kitchen to feed the cat the wet food. However, she lied to me and said she did, but cameras do not lie. She was last there on last Saturday and was to return on this Wednesday to feed and take care of the cat again, and she never came. I contacted her on Thursday (yesterday), before I was to arrive home on Friday, and she claimed had been sick and had forgotten to come and attend to the cat!! But her “forgetfulness” left my cat with no care from last Saturday through this Thursday. This woman is a criminal animal abuser and neglector. I wouldn’t hire her again to take care of any living creature.

Kelsey did a great job ensuring Molly was well taken care of and comfortable.
