Kelsey and her pugs, Andy & Conky, were great! Kelsey kept me updated on my pup while I was states away and sent many pictures of him playing around her house with her pups. Kelsey even transported my dog to the next rover.com sitter since I was out of town longer than she was available, which was amazing! I would definitely recommend her and plan on using her for my dog again in the future!

I had never used rover.com before and was very worried at first when my dog sitter for my vacation fell through at the last minute and I couldn't find anyone else, so I decided to look on rover.com to see if anyone looked like I could trust them with my 2 dogs, who are my babies, for 10 days while I was out of the country. The first person I found was Kelsey, and after reading her profile and seeing her pictures of her, her husband and her pugs, I knew she would make a good match because she too treats her dogs like her babies . I messaged her and explained my situation and she wanted to meet up at Tom Brown to make sure the dogs got along and so we could talk and get to know each other. After meeting with her and meeting her adorable pugs, my nerves were settled and I knew my dogs would be in good hands because her dogs had very similar personalities to mine. One was outgoing and loved attention, the other one preferred to be left alone and basically perch on the couch. My biggest concern was still going to be my chihuahua, who is a momma's girl and can take a little while to warm up, but my basset hound loves anyone and everyone immediately. Kelsey was completely fine with my checking in frequently with her at first to check on the 2 of them, especially the chihuahua. She knew exactly how to get her to love her. She and her husband make a special place, that only she could get into and hide until she was ready to be friends with everyone. And eventually she became the one trying to rule the house and the bed. She would send me pictures randomly of them and gives me updates to let me know how they were doing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelsey and am so happy I chose her to watch my dogs and would do it again in a heartbeat if I need to.
