I have two dogs - Horton and Hubbard - ages 3 and 2. Together we love to go hiking, dog parks, and playing with squeaky toys (I think they may love the squeaky toys more than me though...) Horton and I love to play fetch only if it involves water, Hubbard and I love to play fetch only in the distraction free apartment. I am great with dogs, I understand their behavior patterns and am always the person in the room that dogs come to because they know they will get belly rubs and ear scratches. I grew up with dogs since age 3. I became a dog owner myself when I adopted Horton, my hound dog. He is therapy dog certified and I volunteer with him at hospitals and schools! Hubbard is not as cuddly, calm, and mushy as Horton so he is not a certified therapy dog but he certainly is my little love bug and loves people but loves other dogs more! I also fostered a pitbull for almost a year while having my other two boys. Because of this I am very skilled at walking three dogs at once. :) Both of my dogs are extremely friendly and like both cats and dogs. Our yard is fully fenced with lots of room to play.
