Pet care experience
I am the go-to girl for housesitting on Oahu. While new to Rover, I have been sitting for friends and friends of friends for the last 7 years. I have watched dogs and cats of all sizes and ages, and everything from rabbits to goats to gardens. My mother is a professional dog walker and trainer and I have learned a lot about proper care and responsible pet ownership from her. I have a flexible remote work schedule, allowing for last minute requests and house sitting where your dog feels most comfortable. I am very active and spend a lot of my free time hiking, surfing, doing yoga and cycling. Always happy to take energetic doggies for hikes and runs! Hope to meet you and your pet(s) soon.

Kelsey watched my three cats for 10 days when I was on vacation, and she is truly the best pet sitter out there! One of my cats is particularly high maintenance, but Kelsey cared for him and the others as if they were her own. I was able to enjoy my vacation to the fullest knowing that my cats were in the best hands. Kelsey is very polite, professional, and a true animal lover. I would absolutely recommend Kelsey to anyone!
Kelsey would be a fantastic dog sitter. Back in Hawaii she was the go to person for house and pet sitting for all of her friends that were traveling. She has cared for at least three cats and several dogs that I know of off the top of my head. Kelsey leads an incredibly active lifestyle perfect for dogs that need that little bit of that extra exercise to stay fit. Kelsey is very respectful of other people’s property and I would trust her with my pets and home if I ever needed a sitter.
I have known Kelsey closely for 10 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is absolutely someone I would trust with my pet. I cannot have pets in my apartment building, but will care for your fur babies as you would. It is completely dependent on his or her needs and how you train and raise your dog. I am very active and love spending time outside, so chances are I will be walking them even more often (as long as they are in good health).

Let me know your dog's typical routine. Are they friendly with other dogs and people? Can they walk off-leash on trails? Anything we should avoid? What commands do they recognize? How do you get their attention? What rules do you enforce at home (ex. are they allowed on furniture?). And of course likes/dislikes/fears/habits, etc.
A typical day
I like to stick to their typical routine. A normal day general includes feeding, short and long walk (based on the owners request), fetch and play. Sometimes we'll head to the beach for dogs that like to swim. And of course plenty of time for lots of love and attention!

Availability
I live in Waikiki and can do overnight visits as well as walks throughout the day. My schedule is very flexible and I am an early bird, happy to come by whenever I’m needed.
