Hi my name is Kelsey and I’ve been watching dogs for two decades! I have three friendly pups just waiting to meet your fur baby. I require a meet and greet before a stay to make sure they get along. This is my job so I spend all my time playing with and walking the dogs! My husband works from home so I have an extra pair of hands as well. Kelsey took exceptional care of my pup. I learned through this that he has some severe separation anxiety that we need to work on and she handled it with absolute grace and kindness. My family was laying my father-in-law to rest the day she watched our pup and she didn’t worry me with updates on his not-so-great behavior and I am immensely grateful. We will work on his manners and then give the Rover app another try. Thank you again to Kelsey and her family!

I have a fenced in yard with doggy door access. We spend the day alternating between playing outside and cuddling on the couch inside. All dogs get as much outside time as they want!

I do not accept dogs that are not fixed. I require a meet and greet before the stay. High energy dogs that require more than one walk a day will have an additional charge. Please let me know if your dog has food or leash issues.
A typical day
I go on a two mile walk to and from a creek near my house that some dogs like to wade in. I also go to Newport News park (3 mile walk) and the Nolan trail (5 mile walk).
