BOARDING & DAY CARE: Offered to SOCIAL, HYPOALLERGENIC DOGS ONLY (dog allergies in my home). WALKS/DROP INS: ALL DOG BREEDS/SIZES & OTHER HOUSEHOLD PETS (cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish, etc). *I am not trained in handling dogs with behavioral issues, and/or aggressive tendencies* I adore animals! Lucky for me I've been around animals all of my life. While growing up my family had many animals - Border Collie/Shepard Mix and a Yellow Lab, 2 cows in the back field, 3 outdoor cats, & 2 parakeets. In addition to caring for our animals, I cared for neighbors pets while they were away on vacations. As an adult I've continued helping friends with pet care when they are out of town, and taking care of Jasmine, my dog who sadly passed last summer. She was an 18 year old, 11 lb Poodle Mix. She was my baby, and I miss her so much. Because of my time with Jasmine I have ample experience with senior and low energy dogs.

I would give Kelsey 10 stars if I could! She did great! We were able to fully enjoy our honeymoon knowing our dog was loved and taken care of exactly how we asked. She let him stay the night as a trial prior to our boarding date to make sure he would be comfortable. She took him on walks, played with him every day, and practiced his commands. We left Bumi for a week with a different sitter and when we came back to him he didn't know any of his commands anymore and he acted differently for a while. That was not the case when we got him back from Kelsey: he knew all of his commands and was the exact same as we left him. She really listened to everything that we asked! And on top of that, she let him on the couch and was okay administering medicine he started right before the trip.

Kelsey did a fantastic job taking care of my bernedoodle Bandit. She watched him for a little over a week and he was very well taken care of. Kelsey is very detailed and makes sure to take note of everything your dog needs in order to have a good stay. She updated us multiple times a day on the various activities Bandit was doing such as walks, dog park trips, etc. I felt very at ease knowing that my dog was actually cared for and engaged with. I will definitely book again with her next time I need someone to watch my dog!
Kelsey (and her husband Geoff) were AMAZING! They took excellent care of our dog. We were apprehensive leaving Brulee and I immediately felt comfortable after the meet and greet. Our dog took to Kelsey right away. She is warm and welcoming. Her home is completely set up for the perfect boarding experience. She can provide beds, toys and crates. She quickly tuned in to the needs and preferences of our dog. She updated us multiple times a day, so we could see that our dog felt right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Your animal children will receive my full attention and the best of care! I care for pets as though they are my own. I strive to build a bond with my clients, and foster a trusting, lasting relationship. Safety is a goal of mine, and something I take very seriously. BOARDING & DAY CARE: I live in a single family home with my Husband. Our home has a fenced yard (block walls) with secure gate (locked during stays). Our backyard is shaded most of the day due to its positioning and there is a covered patio. The entire home is tile, and kept very clean. We are non smokers, and have no pets and no children. Home pictures are available in my photo gallery. I thoroughly clean after each day care visit, and in-between boarding clients. This includes washing dog beds, toys and so forth. We are Covid safe at our home. Both of us are fully vaccinated and I disinfect high touch areas regularly. -Offered to HYPOALLERGENIC, social dogs only. -Must have completed series of all required vaccines on file with me before appointment. -Drop off/pick up at front door. -Dog(s) must be leashed upon entry/exit of home. -Please bring at minimum 2 extra days of food/medicine in case of extended stay due to emergency, delayed flights, etc. -Clearly label food with your pets name, feeding times and measurement of food to be administered. -Clearly label medication with your pets name, amount to be administered, and times to administer. -Provide a list of food allergies if applicable. -Individual exercise included. DOG WALKING/DROP INS: Prior to walks I check that the harness/leash is secure. I don't open the door until the leash is secure, and I don't take off the leash until the door is secure upon returning. I carry self defense tools with me on walks to protect your fur child and myself. Before I leave the home I ensure your pet(s) and doors are secure.

-Is your dog crate trained, destructive to furniture, household items, shoes, etc.? -Can your dog(s) be left alone for 3 hours in a crate while I'm at work? In some cases I don't require crates for clients that have been with me prior and have proven they can freely roam without potty accidents and/or causing destruction to property. If you are a new client that has dogs that aren't crate trained I require a trial stay to see how things go before booking recurring day care and/or long boarding stays. Please contact me to chat about your individual situation. Please note however that puppies must be crated when I'm away. -Have your dog(s) boarded, or been to doggy day care previously? If yes, how did your dog(s) do? -Have you picked your dog(s) up early from boarding or day care bookings in the past due to misbehavior, or separation anxiety? (Separation anxiety behavior includes destructive behavior, constant barking/howling, diarrhea/digestive issues, accidents in the house, desperate or prolonged attempts to escape, pacing, whining, trembling, excessive panting and/or drooling). -Does your dog experience separation anxiety? Has your vet prescribed medication for separation anxiety? -House broken, potty pads, or diapers? -Your dog’s temperament. -Is your dog an escape artist, or digger? -Is your dog friendly around other dogs? I can accommodate one household bookings if needed. -Does your dog have a bite history? -Triggers I should be aware of (e.g. loud noises, fear of hats, or being near other dogs or animals-e.g. cats, birds). -What is your dog’s general routine, likes and dislikes? -Commands your dog knows that I will be using during our time together. -Any allergies, or food sensitivities. -Feeding and medication instructions if applicable. -Is your dog up to date on vaccinations? -Favorite toys, treats. -For other household pets (rabbits, hamsters, fish, and others) please provide feeding/care instructions. **Please Note - No aggressive dogs please. Simply let me know what they know, and what training commands you'd like me to enforce/practice. My husband's (aka the dog whisperer) schedule varies, however when he is home he joins us on walks and playtime too. DOG WALKING: I enjoy walking dogs through neighborhoods and parks. Sometimes there are trails nearby neighborhoods that are fun to explore. DROP IN: I also provide drop in services for cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, birds and other household pets. I will follow the instructions provided to me. If your adding a household pet to a dog and/or cat drop in simply select additional dog rate and/or additional cat rate for your additional household pet.

I work a PT job outside of my home. I work (3 hrs/day M-F) & have a 3 minute commute. I can go in anytime between 8 am - 10 am to work my 3 hours. Since my hours are flexible I'm able to work around my bookings. I do walks and playtime to wear out my furry friends so they enjoy a nice nap while I'm away for a few hours. When I get home we have the remainder of the day together. If I don't have boarders or day care clients booked I will book a couple walks and/or drop in visits before and after my PT job.
