0 stars. I left my boy with Kelsey for one day. We agreed upon a much later check in time because my travel plans changed. Kelsey was completely fine with it. She messaged me a few hours into the trip saying Lucky pooped in the house and that I needed to come get him asap. I did not receive the message until the next morning because I was already asleep after a long drive to Chicago. Lucky never poops in the house so he must have a had a rough night. I let Kelsey know I was 3 hours away and I could not return until around 4. I ran late and arrived at 5:30ish. My phone died so I could not let Kelsey know I was running late. I arrived to get Lucky and he was definitely acting weird. His kennel was covered in poop. Kelsey said he pooped on some music equipment. I was apologetic but assured her he NEVER does this. I definitely don't think she should be boarding dogs. She has poor customer service and doesn't seems to know much about dogs.

Kelsey is a very out going person who loves the outdoors. She currently has 2 fun loving dogs and a bearded dragon. I feel Kelsey would be a great fit for this type of job she will take the dogs for car rides to the dog parks as well as walk them in her neighborhood. Kelsey is the type of person who would treat anyone's animals as if they were her own. Thank You Amber M.
