Pet care experience
It takes a special kind of individual to care for a pet one doesn’t own. I grew up raising many animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and fish, and have been around a lot of interesting and sweet pet personalities throughout my life. I am familiar with many animal behaviors, and find it easy to accommodate their personalities. Professionally, I have been caring for animals for 7 years as a dog walker, and cat sitter. I have also spent my time volunteering at a few shelters. I am a trustworthy, and reliable caretaker with extensive experience caring for pets, and I believe that caring for pets is the most rewarding career I can ask for. One of the best cat sitters for our two cats we've ever used. Kelsey asked a ton of great questions during two house visits and was very proactive. She is easy to get in touch with and has always been available when we need her or to pick up keys. She promptly sends pictures and always communicates with us if she has any questions or call outs. We made a comment on one thing and her response was "How can I do better?" so she's very open and receptive to feedback. One time we saw a lost cat post on FB and Kelsey went back to double-check our boys were in the house on a day we didn't even book her. She clearly cares a lot for animals and is great at her job. Kelsey is our go to cat sitter!
Kelsey is an amazing, reliable and trustworthy dog walker/pet sitter. She has been walking my corgi since he was a very young puppy and has used her expertise to help train him for me. She sends updates if our pup is acting off or if he accomplishes something new. She is also so flexible to work with being available at very short notice or sitting our dog and cat overnight! I feel so lucky to have her because she love my animals as much as I do. I highly recommend her services.
Kelsey was very responsive, stayed at our place with Hannah, and checked in often. She is pretty knowledgeable about dogs and our neighborhood, which was perfect.

During our meet and greet, we can discuss all the ins and outs of your pets needs! Depending on the service, how I care for your pet in your home is variable. Dog walking includes 25 minutes outside, and 5 minutes inside for a little time to refresh their water, and playtime, or cuddle time, depending on what your dog is feeling! Cat visits inside, I tend to go by what one communicates during our meet and greet. Usually it will include cuddles, water refresh, and/or playtime. I will always take my shoes off, and double check to see if I locked your door correctly! : )

Before spending time with your pet, I would like to know of their general behavior around new people, new animals, any allergies or health concerns they may have, if they are friendly around other pets, any negative triggers, and what they spend most of their time doing on a typical day! I do not have any breed preferences, age, or size restrictions!

My schedule is open right now, as a few of my clients have moved away. I am avaliable Monday-Saturday for walks after 12:30pm, and drop-in visits to hang with your pet anytime!
