I am a (mostly) stay at home mom with a 3 mo old cavapoo. I work very part-time at a school. We live in a safe neighborhood with a fully fenced in yard and have cared for dogs who love the 1/4 acre to run around in. We also live in a great neighborhood for walks with trails and sidewalks nearby. My husband works from home and is home most of the day and my mother-in-law is a Vet tech and our constant advice line for all things pet. I do not have breed restrictions but require a meet-and-greet with all new clients to make sure it is a good fit (since we have a two kids and a dog). Dogs must be: *potty-trained/house-trained (if you want your dog to stay inside with us :) *fully vaccinated (I require proof of rabbies and kennel cough vaccination from your vet) I can administer medication (I do for our dog) if needed. Drop-off and Pick-up are between the hours of 7am and 9pm. If you cannot pick up by 9pm you will need to book an extra night. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover my whole life. I grew up with a black lab that used to escape our fenced yard and would come find me in my elementary school classroom over a 1/2 mile away. After getting married my husband and I began fostering dogs for an adoption program and fell in love with one sweet little old lady. We adopted her and became "foster failures". She is my first-born and can't even think about the day when she will pass on. About my yard Our yard is fenced in (6 ft privacy fence). It is mostly grass and shrubs. My experience administering medication Yes. We administer medication for our dog so I am very comfortable with it.
