My family has always had one dog and one cat, and we love our pets for their whole life, (3 dogs & 3 cats total). Now, as an adult, I have my own dog and cat! On a daily basis, I take pride in knowing that my pets are well cared. We enjoy a routine that provides exercise & fresh air, interaction with other pets & their owners, as well as fresh food and clean water! I have a high level of respect for all animals and love their uniqueness. I do foster care, on and off, for cats, and each feline has such a different personality, it is just amazing. I adopted both my dog and cat when they were about 2 years old. It is wonderful to see how they have grown. Now, they are both about 7 years old & really are the 'perfect pets'! It took about 4 years for them to grow up, and it is well worth every moment. I hope you give you pet years to grow up and commit to loving them for their whole life!!! Cheers, Kelly.
