It is with great regret that I can no longer recommend Kelly. Despite a very positive first meeting where Petey absolutely adored her and having used her several times for drop-in visits since, I happened to catch notifications from my smart lock showing a very short gap between it being unlocked and locked one night. After reviewing other visits, I found she had been spending as little as 9 minutes out of the 30 minute drop-in visits. She insisted differently, but between her forgetfulness on logging her visits and my own observations of my lock's notifications being extremely accurate, I have to go with the logs. It's really unfortunate and while I believe she believes she's spending more time there than she is, my dog deserves better than what's being delivered. We put a LOT of trust into our caregivers to handle our pets when we are away from home and the trust here is broken. I'm not going to say NOT to use Kelly for your own needs... if you want someone to pop in for a few minutes to let your dog out or walk them, then she's your girl, and that's fine. My dog just needs more attention than that.

My first booking with Rover was with Kelly, in just Day it was perfect! I knew exactly when she was at the house, I got plenty of pictures of my boys, overall, a great experience!
