Kelly was so sweet to our lab! We will absolutely book with Kelly again. Our dog had so much fun!

I contacted Kelly as our usual sitter had moved away to TN late last year. We chose her because she was highly rated but apparently ratings aren’t everything. We have two female cats, one of which relies heavily on human interaction. We figured with the 30 minutes allotted for the days we paid for, she would get some time with someone to love on her after her food was checked and water refreshed. That did not happen. We requested that pictures be sent as we knew we would miss our girls and wanted to make sure someone was actually loving on them while we were away. Even on the days she said they weren’t hiding, we got no pictures. We have a security system that will show the exact time someone enters our home and leaves so we checked it after the second day to make sure she was actually coming and not just saying she did. Kelly spent a max of eight minutes one day and as little as four minutes another day and the other days were in between that range. I’d love to know how she changed out the water in their gravity feeder, checked their food, checked their litter box AND spent time with them if she was in and out in eight minutes or less. The extremely short visits explain why we came home to patches of hair all over the living room which happens when one of our girls gets very anxious. We have a litter robot and left instructions on changing the bag, making sure there was enough litter and when I messaged her one day to make sure it was okay, she replied that there were clumps and she didn’t know what to do. Why did I take time leaving instructions if they weren’t even going to be followed?
