Kelly and her family did a fantastic job watching our two dogs. When I initially contacted her, she responded quickly and with enthusiasm! Kelly found a time convenient for both of us to stop by and meet our dogs. She even offered to pick our dogs up before our trip if the timing worked well for us. We decided to drop them off, but the offer was greatly appreciated! All throughout our vacation, we received great communication and nice little updates about how our dogs were doing. We greatly appreciated all of the photos she sent. Our dogs returned home tired from such a great time playing and had clearly been well loved in our absence. Being a first time Rover user, it was very nice to have such a warm welcome with a fantastic dog sitter. We look forward to using Kelly and her family again for future dog sitting needs!
