Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Kelly. I graduated with degrees in Animal Science and business from the University of Florida. I took specific classes in canine science, companion animal science, and animal behavior. I completed a certification in pet first aid and CPR, as well. I have grown up with dogs and horses, have worked in a veterinary clinic, and have been pet sitting/ dog walking (officially and unofficially) my entire life. I was trained with a company called, "Dog Days and Cat Naps" in Jacksonville, FL where I learned the ins and outs of professional pet care. I worked at the Denver Zoo training and caring for polar bears and otters. So, needless to say I am a huge animal lover! With professional experience in animal care from little baby mice to massive tigers and bears, and everything in between, I am confident in my ability to provide the best care for your furry friend. I also have reptilian and avian experience, if your pets are lacking in the fur department. Check us out on Instagram: @pantonpupsdaycare

Kelly is awesome. We were so happy Rebel got to play. We come out of state for business and always bring our dog. We don’t want to leave her in the hotel all day, so we bring her to Kelly. We will always keep bringing Rebel back to Kelly.
Kelly was absolutely phenomenal! She was flexible with our schedule and came over to pick up and drop off our dog each day. Our dog had a wonderful time with her and received lots of love, attention, and exercise. Kelly kept us updated frequently with texts and adorable pictures. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for doggy daycare, and I would use her again in a heartbeat!
Kelly is AMAZING! This was my first time using rover and I was pretty nervous but, she made it so easy and stress-free! My dog had the best time with her! I highly recommend Kelly!
Kelly took great care of my dog, Surrey! She was very communicative and responsive. Kelly is now my go to when needing someone to help look over my dog!

I am located on nearly half an acre of land. I have a fenced in section of space and for those who are able to be off leash in an open space area, they will have supervised access to the entire yard. I also have an indoor playroom for days when the weather is less than ideal.

Does your pup get along with others? Do they have separation anxiety? Are they able to be off leash in an open space? How are they with animals that are not dogs?
A typical day
I understand how hard it is to leave your pets behind when you are at work or traveling. I’d say we have a great time over here, so it’s kind of like they’re on their own vacation. Listed below are descriptions of my services. For my day care clients: I have a variety of regulars, ranging from young playful pups, to older, more relaxed dogs. They are all wonderful dogs who are very respectful of each other, and they all get along so well. The dogs love to play chase with each other, wrestle, and compete in tug of war with the many toys provided to them. Since I do have such a great dynamic here with the dogs that come over, I must enforce a no aggression policy. If your dog shows any signs of aggression, they will not be able to join the crew. I want to make sure that your dog is having a great time while you are at work or away for the day, and the safety of all the pups is also of the upmost importance. Many of the dogs that come over have grown up playing over here. I take great joy in the lasting relationships I have built with my clients over the years, and look forward to building one with you and your pup, as well. For boarding: My home is your pup's home. I do recommend bringing your dog's bed if they have one, so that they have a comfortable and familiar place to sleep that smells like home! I have plenty of room to accommodate their favorite toys/beds/blankets, etc. I try to mimic their routine at home the best I can. They will also get to partake in “doggy day care” while here, playing as much or as little as their heart desires. I find this is wonderful for boarding dogs because they get to play so much that it's like their having their own fun vacation, as well! I can also take dogs on small hikes if they are healthy and up for it. * Pick ups after noon on the last day of overnight stays will be charged for daycare. * Please understand that I do my best to be flexible, but due to my schedule I ask that pick ups after 9 PM be scheduled for the following morning. Similarly, I ask that drop offs needing to be done before 7 AM be scheduled for the night before. Thank you! Dog Walks/ Drop ins: This is a 20 minute visit in which I come to your home to either let your dog out to run around and play, go for a walk, take care of any water needs, feedings, or litter box needs, etc. I am weather conscious, and will cater to your animal's needs accordingly. I can also bring in packages, mail, water plants, do home checks or anything else you'd like me to do while there.

Availability
I run my doggy daycare business full time. This means I have dogs over to play every Monday-Friday. My hours are 8-6 and I do offer pick up and drop offs if your schedule doesn’t allow for you to make it within that time frame.
