My name is Kelly and I have been an avid animal lover all of my life! I have volunteered at a no-kill dog shelter for the past 6 years and am also their social media manager. At this time I can only do home visits (drop ins). I have a dog who does not do well with other dogs so this limits me to only drop in visits. I work M-F from 9-5pm and am only able to check on pets before work (before 8:15am) and after work (after 5:45pm) during the week. I'm available to check in on pets anytime on the weekends. I have a 8 year old rescue Shar-Pei named Bella who is my world. She was abused and not properly socialized which means she comes with a lot of strings attached, however, I wouldn't have it any other way. I tend to be drawn to the dogs that aren't easy and that no one else wants. Volunteering at a shelter and owning a dog that needs special accommodations makes me experienced and comfortable working with dogs that need special attention. I am comfortable with dogs that have separation anxiety, social anxiety, toy aggression, food aggression. . .
