Pet care experience
I have owned dogs and cats for over 25 years, and have tons of experience with positive reinforcement dog and puppy training. I work well with reactive and large breed dogs, as well as puppies and dogs with special needs. I can provide dog first aid, and administer injections and medications. I have worked with rescue organizations to take in strays and bath, train, and house fosters of all temperaments. I can care for cats, aquaria, reptiles, birds and small mammals as well. I am currently a graduate student in biology, with a career centered around working with birds, small mammals and other wildlife.

Kelly did a great job taking care of my dog for two weekends. My pup got plenty of walks, and I got picture updates every day! Definitely hoping to use Kelly again!

I currently offer sitting at a clients home, and can also take pets out for walks, hikes, trips to the dog park, and training sessions. I aim to work with owners to meet their individual needs for their pets and homes in ways that bring minimal disruption to daily routines.

I will work with any pet, and have a strong background in positive reinforcement training, handling shy and reactive dogs, as well as those with physical/medical limitations. The more I know about your animal(s), the better equipped I will be to provide the best services!
A typical day
I can go for walks, hikes, visit parks, frisbee, whatever your pet needs! I have tons of experience with many different breeds, temperaments, energy levels, and disabilities and can work with owners to meet their pets individual needs.

I maintain a flexible schedule and have availability throughout the week and weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and can take appointments with short notice. Flexible with cancellations as well.
