Pet care experience
I’ve always loved dogs and have taken care of my friends’ dogs since 2015. Since November 2021, I’ve gotten 2 dogs and a cat myself with my partner. All my pets are energetic and high energy, so I definitely have ways to keep them busy and drain their energy throughout the day in our 2 bedroom apartment. You can count on me to bond with your dog properly and care for them while you’re away!

Kelly is very punctual and gave my dog a fantastic hour long walk. She’s committed to understanding my dog’s personality and provided a fantastic walk. I highly recommend anybody who needs a walker!
Kelly saved me after having to work short notice. I’m so grateful for her. She takes such good care of my dog.
Kelly works on leash training with my dog, is always on time and communicates with me.
Kelly did an awesome job with my dog. My dog has a lot of energy and have started leaving him home instead of doggy daycare. I really wanted him to get a nice long walk in during the half hour visit. Kelly would walk him a mile during this time and follows all my instructions. She is patient with my requests and takes photos of her visit. I’ll be continuing to use Kelly every day I work, as long as she is available. Thank you Kelly.

My dogs and cat get enrichment activities throughout the day to keep their brain stimulated and to drain their energy. By the time we go to the park in the evening, they have enough energy to drain out. My mini Australian shepherd (5 months) is crate trained, so I am able to crate train your dog as needed. Overall, I can check in and walk your dog as needed, as the basics of a fellow dog owner!

Please be transparent about your dog’s/dogs’ behaviors. Just like humans, every dog has their flaw. As long as it’s communicated ahead of time, I can prepare myself for what’s to come! Since I am physically on the smaller side, I am better with small/medium sized dogs as I also have a small and (soon to be) medium sized dog (he’s still growing)!
A typical day
I usually give my dogs enrichment activities such as snuffle mats, food puzzles, licki mats, and a treat dispenser ball to get their energy out throughout the day. I can do the same if the owner would like for their dogs! I love to play fetch or tug of war with the dogs that I watch as well! In terms of walking, I normally walk the dog I’m watching around the neighborhood or even a nearby park.

Availability
I currently work full time with a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I’m open to last minute check ins and walks if needed! I prefer some flexibility if it’s a last minute notice as I would need to pause my work or separate my pets if they are going to be left home alone. Otherwise, I am open to just about anything at the moment!
