Pet care experience
I've been taking care of and loving animals since I was little! Dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, lizards, horses, you name it!! I truly believe the best times of my life have been involving a critter of some sort. Although I am no longer living with my family pets, a golden retriever named Buddy and a tabby named Rigby, whenever I am home I make a point to spend as much time as possible with them. I've cared for dozens of animals over the years and I take it extremely seriously, including Buddy and Rigby, but also including a slew of different creatures spanning all ages and levels of care (requiring medicine, specific exercise routines, crated or in a tank, etc.). I spent three months on a farm in 2022, caring for horses, chickens, cattle dogs and outdoor kitties as well (this was a highlight of my 24 years on earth). I've also been watching, walking and caring for various pets to make extra cash since high school. I love all critters and I don't have any of my own at the moment, so I love being able to use that time to care for others'! Let me know if you have any questions, I am excited to meet your critter!

we love Kelly! Shes upbeat and fun and always takes great care of our dogs. We have two golden retrievers and one shih tzu. the Goldens need a lot of exercise while our shih tzu can only walk so far, and Kelly is great about making sure theyre all getting the right amount of exercise and play time. she seems to love our puppies as much as we do! we always know who to ask when we need them walked!
Kelly has been a wonderful sitter for our dog Katy and kitten Harold. She always makes time for either a quick walk or a week-long stay. We have had her come to stay with our pets three times for overnight sitting, and each time she has been clean, kind and respectful of our things. As Katy has gotten older, she has required a joint injection once a day, and we have never had any issues with Kellyrose getting it done. She has quite a bit of experience with animals, and we feel that her experience and love for pets is what makes her our first option when needing pet care.

I have a large, fenced yard, and an extremely safe and walkable neighborhood in Echo Park. We have two outdoor cats living in our home, so they often spend time outside basking and running about! I consistently sit a friends dog at my house while she is on business, and he loves to run around our backyard and explore our neighborhood with me. If your pet requires a crate, bed, tree, or any kind of large furnishing, I certainly have space and am happy to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible while being away from home!

Availability
Im a musician, but because of the nature of the job I consistently have free time throughout my days and weekends. I can be available mornings, afternoons and nights, and weekends if you need! I exercise in some capacity every day, so no matter what kind of exercise level your pet might need I'm sure I can accommodate that!! I also work from home as a producer and audio-mixer, so there are often times where I am home all day and able to spend time with my pets (and yours!) during the week.
