I have worked at a dog daycare/ boarding facility for the last 4 years and have been a dog owner for most of my life. My roommates and I have fostered several dogs over the last couple of years and they work with dogs as well. One of them is also a Rover sitter so if there are overlapping dogs I will be sure to inform you and make sure we do a meet and greet beforehand. Between the 3 of us the dogs aren’t home alone more than 3 hours. I have a lot of experience with many types, sizes, a personalities of dogs and know how to read different body language. There are 3 dogs that live with us and they are all very friendly, go to dog daycare, and are used to being around new dogs often. When it comes to my house the dogs are free to roam as they please (when we are home) and we like to keep the back door open on sunny days so they can play and relieve themselves and needed. The dogs love hanging out in our fenced back yard and have been enjoying the new kiddie pool we got them. When we are not home we like to keep the dogs separated either by baby gate, separate room, or crate if needed.
