Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my entire life, since my first birthday, for me personally, a home isn’t a home without a dog…. Or a cat, maybe two. I currently own a four year old black Labrador German Shepard mix. Moon is a very energetic, extremely affectionate ball of love and I couldn’t imagine my life without her. I’ve owned multiple labs, a Beagle/Brittany Spaniel mix, one handsome American bulldog, along with multiple cats in the past. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, both anxious or calm, puppies, elderly, and special needs. I can give medication both orally or by injection if needed. I’ve dog sat long term for dogs that required both and feel comfortable caring for them. I love taking dogs for a walks, long distance is no issue for me. What ever makes them happy! Dog lover. Cat lover. Animal lover.

I have had her watch my german shepherd quite a few times as needed while on vacation and such, everytime she has gone above and beyond to make sure my dog has had the best time and was comfortable while I was away. She treats every animal like it was her own and I wouldn't use anyone else to watch my girl whether it's for an hour or a couple days.
Kelly was amazing with our dog Snowball . She is loving , caring , and also aware of her surroundings while walking Snaowball. When Snaowball sees her walking up to the house he goes crazy . I would highly recommend Kelly.
Kelly has been amazing with my dog, Blue. Anytime he knows she is coming over, he gets so excited! Kelly is so calm and patient when it comes to handling animals. She truly cares for them as if they are her own.

I can do needed drop-ins to let out, feed, walk, give medicine, or just to show some love. I currently crate my dog Moon when I leave my home since it keeps her the calmest, so I have experience with the safety and routine process required in crate training. Safety is most important to me.

I prefer to know as much as your willing to share about your dog, mostly to ensure their safety and of course to provide them with the most fun. What scares or threatens them? What do they love? Do they have any food allergies? Can I bring my own treats ? How do they get along with other animals? Do they pull when they walk? What commands do they listen to? What is their favorite game? Whatever is important to you and your dog is important to me.
A typical day
Since all dogs are different it will depend on whatever makes them feel most comfortable and safe, while having fun and burning energy at the same time. My dog and I have the most fun playing frisbee fetch, and going for our nightly walks. Depending on the environment setting and age of the dog I like to play games that stimulate the dog and are fun as well. Hide and seek with treats always causes a tail wag or two and a few laughs from me.

Availability
I’m currently on the job hunt looking for a job that better suit my lifestyle, which has left my schedule with open availability. I’m hoping to build up a client and eventually get a weekly schedule with many dogs in my area…sounds like a perfect job for me.
